Slider is showing as blank container after update

I don’t know what update you made in 1.4, but I downgraded to 1.3 and it works like usual

In my code I am just using the standard shortcodes, nothing else. I’ve put this in a raw-html container element in visual composer/wpbakery.

Didn’t have this issue in version before update.

I can see the logo on your website. Are you taking about black background color?

Yes I am. I didn’t set any background color and in the previous version it was just white/transparant.

If you are getting any kind of black background for the logo slider then its a conflict between theme css and plugin css.

Solution is : Add a small css in custom css section of your theme

.wpls-logo-slider.slick-slider{backgrund:none !important;}

Thanks for the amazing support on the forum. The issue just got resolved.

Apparently it was caused by a conflicting setting in the (very popular) jupiter theme.I got offered this custom CSS which instantly resolved the issue:

.wpls-logo-slider.slick-slider{background: none !important;}

You cannot mark this as solved as I created the issue topic and the solved issue has no relation to my issue.

Mine is not a CSS issue but the plugin update issue which causes the entire slider to disappear and someone else has the same issue as mine, but the one resolved is just posting on my issue while it is a CSS background issue with no relation with mine.

So this topic is still unresolved. I’m still using the previous 1.3.3 version as the 1.4 version is having issues since our company is a live site, we cannot continue to show the issue for you to troubleshoot.
