slider issues

I have the pitch premium theme version 2.3.4

I have the slider with 4 slides on the homepage, but when i add more, the slider exerts etc increase in length and go beyond the banner width of 960px.
there is no auto resize when you add more the 4 slides.

Also when i add sharing buttons to the front page posts etc, the slides dont share out, destination not found!

Any help much appreciated!
