    Hi @jungleventsit,

I can see a JavaScript error on your page which you can check like this: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/318-chrome
JavaScript errors are stopping every other JavaScript code that should run after them and prevent them from working, so they need to be solved.

I can see this error is coming from your theme. If you change to another theme, can you see the issue?

And I can see that you have sent us a support ticket yesterday, have you got my answer? Please check your spam/promotions folder, too!

    Hi!

Thanks to the quick reply, I solved the javascript errors and they came from the theme but the slider in the mobile version is still immobile, can I provide other data to help solve the problem?

    Hi @jungleventsit!

Please try to turn off the “Play when visible” option:
    https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1292-slider-settings-loading
because as I see your theme slides in the slider from the bottom and that could be the problem. We can only check the visibility of our slider on page load and on page scroll, but in this case the slider is not visible on page load, as it is at the bottom and a scrolling doesn’t happens either, so our code might thinks the slider is still not visible.
