slider not displaying

    I like this plug-in and its great multi-features. I would like to display a full screen slider on my homepage. So I created a slider with a couple of slides, texts and buttons. However it does not show up on my page.
    I have installed WP version 4.9.5.
    I went through the support thread and I noticed that other users had the same problem in the past but their requests seem to be resolved, that is why I created this new post.
    I hope you can help me.

    Hi @globalreporter,
    I can see the slider on the front page but its height is small. Could you try to check its settings and increase its height?

    In the Settings “general” tab, I set width to 1200 and height to 1000.
    And the slider is still not showing up. I really do not know what to do.

    Hi @globalreporter,
    Could you also try to go to slider settings>Appearance tab and check if there are any properties added for visibility? Feel free to email us in case it is not helpful as it looks strange indeed.

    The setting Full height increment was set to 1000px, which was decreasing the height of the slider by 1000px, so it was not visible on the page. Removing the value from this setting made the slider appear.
