Slider Not Scaling/Fading after move from dev to live server

  • After moving from our dev subdirectory—where they functioned perfectly—to the live directory, the sliders on our site no longer scale when the browser is re-sized on desktop, the animation transitions (fades) no longer function, and when “Add Spinner” is selected, the spinner displays continuously along with the images. All files were copied exactly as is. Any help and/or guidance is appreciated.

    I can see some JS errors in the console and it looks like one of the JS files might be corrupted. Can you try deactivating and deleting the plugin, then reinstalling from the WordPress repository, rather than copying across from your dev site? You shouldn’t lose any settings.

    That did it. I had avoided re-installing because I thought I might lose the settings, but this was simple and perfect. Thanks!
