    Two issues:

Issue 1 – I have a slider near the top of my home page. It is supposed to show certain event types for the current month. Here’s the shortcode I’m using:

    [em_events view=”slider” types=”43,46,56″ upcoming=”1″ disable_filter=”1″ individual_events=”this month”]

It displays correctly until it gets to September 28. It shows the first event for September 28, then goes back to September 13 (the first date of this month with a selected event type).

If you click on “Calendar” in the menu at the top of the page, all the events in light blue or light green background should be displayed in the slider. There are several events for September 28 (3) & 29 (5) that are not being displayed in the slider.

Issue 2 – There is a “Load More” button below the slider that I don’t recall seeing before. Is there a way to not display that button? It seems to do strange things (not consistent) when clicked. It usually loads an event page – but not the event shown in the slider when the button is clicked. I’ve also had it load another copy of the slider.

    Additional possible information:

It seems that when I’m using FireFox it usually loads a second slider below the original one. That slider then displays only the remaining events for the month that are missing from the original slider.

But when I’m using Chrome it usually loads the single event page.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    1. We’re already addressing this issue, and a fix will be included in our upcoming releases very soon. In the meantime, as a workaround, please go to EventPrime → Settings → General (Setup Subtab) and set the User Input Date Format to ‘Y-m-d’ format. This will temporarily resolve the issue.

    2. The issue with the “Load More” button below the slider has been resolved in EventPrime version 4.0.4.4. Please update to the latest version and check.

If the issue persist please let us know. We are here to help.
