Slider not showing on homepage

Hi there! Seems that with the most recent update – a few things haven’t gone well for me.

For some reason – went going to “all sliders” – 12 other sliders had appeared. I’ve only had one (the first one that was on the list) for the year that I’ve used this slider.

I deleted the extra 12, and kept the one I’ve used. But now, the slider isn’t appearing on my homepage. Any ideas how to get it to do so?
