    Dear Dan,

    Thank you for your message.

My website is currently on maintenance so I can work on it when I’m logged in.
I found out what is causing the problem. I’ve recently installed this plugin : https://fr.www.ads-software.com/plugins/load-more-products-for-woocommerce/#description It allows a ? Infinite school ? pagination on my shop page. BUT it causes an issue with your plugin causing the error I reported.

For some reason the pagination appear in your plugin and the transition is applied to it.. (how can I send you a screenshot?) and I don’t how to do to prevent this issue. Can you please help?

    Best,
    Adrien

Today I will try to test the joint work of our plugin and “Load more products for WooCommerce”. Next I will try to give a solution. If I were you, I would also create a support forum thread for “Load more products for WooCommerce”.

I suppose not sure, but I suppose it is possible to add an exception in that plugin

    What is your template?

Many thanks for your feedback! The template is a child-theme from Storefront. I will try to look for a solution as well. Let me know how it goes! Thank you so much.

I installed the plugin “Load more products for WooCommerce” and when activated the carousel did not work. But the problem is not with our plugin, but with the “Load more products for WooCommerce” settings. What helped me? You should configure the selectors for navigation in the plugin and save the parameters.

On your template, the pagination selectors should be autodetected. So try going into settings and doing it.

Also try different options in general settings.

Here’s a demo on my test site. There is a page load button, as well as a carousel on the product page

    Dear Dan,

I don’t know how to thank you for this feed back and your time. This actually worked for me as well enabling the slider on your plugin again. One question I have though is when I setup the selectors as “auto-detect” I got a warning message such as “Please disable all SEO plugins and plugins, that doing anything on product creating.”, which I don’t understand, the website is fine but what is this message all about..

    Many thanks for you help!
    Take care!
    Adrien.

Test everything, see the logs to see if everything works. If all is well, leave it.
