Slider not working in Macbook Pro

I inserted the shortcode to display testimonial slider in the website. The slider is working fine in Windows PC,Android Phone and Iphone but the slider is not sliding in Macbook pro (Chrome,Firefox).

1st 12 Seconds the Testimonials are sliding from left to right in Windows Chrome & 13 second onwards is where Testimonial is not sliding in Macbook Chrome.https://drive.google.com/file/d/13-rVVuBZlsIkCKkmTf2QfqBrIDOkgTG-/view?usp=drivesdk
I also observed that the Macbook Slider starts sliding after 20 Minutes.
