Slider not working on main page

    I’m using the Sydney theme (most recent updated version) and the slider plugin I’ve installed (Shown under “More by Max Oberon”) works on page posts and in the behind-the-scenes preview mode, but not when the short link is posted within a site builder row (using a text or arbitrary html column) on the main page. I’m seeing the images, light box effect, and links, but the images aren’t moving like they’re supposed to.

    I’m assuming there is a coding conflict in the Sydney theme itself.

    Please advise.

    Could you please confirm if this trouble also to happen even with the default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen?

    Hi,
    Thanks for the response!
    I don’t have a way to test that right now.
    It’s working when I put the short code for the slider in a page, but not in the TEXT widget on the main page. Does that mean it will work if I use a different type of widget to place the short code on the home page? Ideas?

    Hi,

    I am facing a kind of same issue in my local as well. I didn’t try hosting it yet as I have just started. I am able to customise the header slider in the page but it is not displayed in the header. Can anyone help me out? Thanks for the help ??

    Hi, skishore1992,
    If you refresh your preview screen it should show.
    What type of header are you selecting in the Customize screen settings?
