SLIDER problems!

    i am having problems with my slider on the front page of my website

    on internet explorer, after a picture slides, the page will scroll down to the bottom. this is very frustrating and distracting.
    if anyone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated

    also: if anyone knows how i can tell the slider to pull from a certain gallery instead of the posts, let me know!

    i tried fixing the first error it showed, with the dash of an –> being an error.
    i think i tried fixing this, and it did nothing (plus also when i refreshed my webpage, a couple of times the home page would load strangely with a broken slider and broken widgets) .. but then it changed my error count on the validator from 54 to 9. clearly something is strange here, and i am not sure what to do, and what i should listen to from the validator.
    if someone could give me any idea, i would highly appreciate it. thanks!
