Slider redirect

Is it possible to trigger a redirect to another slider or page somehow when a slideshow is over? The final slide of the slideshow I’m creating is much larger than the rest. The auto heigh setting works fine on larger screens so when the slideshow reaches that final slide it expands properly but when the slideshow is reduced to a smaller size that final slide is cropped poorly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. — I know you can link a slide to an external page but I’d like the transition to be smoother than clicking on the final slide to redirect.
