  • Hello @taminpaname,

Could you please send me your website’s url so I can take a look and investigate?
Also could you please give me a bit more information about what are you trying to achieve?
Are you looking for your slider’s images to open in a lightbox?

    All the best,
    Mihaela

    Hello Mihaela,

Sorry for the very late answer, I didn’t see your response notification…

Yes, I’m trying to open my slider’s images in a lightbox using Slider Revolution.

I was unable to adapt the JS code with your specific class (“fancyboxforwp”) so I changed the lightbox plugin (actually Easy Fancybox) and it’s working.

But, it turns out this other plugin uses fancybox 2 and not 3 so it won’t fit for other features we’re trying to achieve.

So we’re back to your plugin! ??

Can you give us the correct JS code to put in Slider Revolution to work with your specific class? I already tried to put “fancyboxforwp” as a class for my slides but without the right JS, it doesn’t seems to be enough…

Also, is there specific settings to choose in the plugin to be able to go from one image to another?

    Cheers,

    Tamatoa

    Hello @taminpaname,

I apologize for the delayed response!
I took a look at your website but it seems to be working as it should.
When you click on the slider it opens the lightbox and you can navigate between images.
Are you still having issues with this?

    All the best,
    Mihaela

    Hi Mihaela,

    No problem for the delay!

Yes, it’s actually working great… with Easy Fancybox. ??

As I try to explain in my previous message, I need a fancybox 3 plugin in order to achieve what we’re trying to do for this website.

Can you provide the right JS code to put in Slider Revolution to work with your plugin and your specific class?

    Cheers,

    Tamatoa

    Dear Tamatoa,

Is this the website: https://79.98.96.41/portfolio/gabriel-de-la-chapelle/#gallery-1 ?
I have double checked the website and it is using FancyBox for WordPress and it has fancybox 3, not Easy FancyBox.

You can see in my screenshot here: https://gyazo.com/c72fb554604452f90824873e586fec77
That the class used for the slider’s a tag is ‘fancyboxforwp’

Here is another screenshot: https://gyazo.com/fac4d6f4709663d953a9546a1bb40e2d where you can see the styling from the lighbox is also from our plugin.

    Hope this makes sense!

    All the best,
    Mihaela

    Dear Mihaela,

My bad! When you went on the website, a backend developper friend of mine had already pushed his code on the website without telling me… I discovered it later yesterday.

He seems to have found his way to make your plugin work (but via a child function.php and some seperated js file). As you can see we added a “select (PDF)” button in order to create a favorite page (which can be export in PDF).

Now, I have to integrate our design again but we’re almost done!

Again, thanks a lot for your time.

    Cheers,

    Tamatoa

    No worries!
