Slider revolution not showing

Hi, I bought the plugin and for this problem I already wrote to support days ago without receiving a reply. The problem is that I don’t see the slide (slider revolution) except by manually clearing the cache. I think there is a way to correct this problem but I still can’t find it so I ask you for help. Now, to avoid this problem, I have excluded the home from the cache, but I would like to be able to use the cache for this page as well. I registered swift with another email.
