Slider Revolution Plugin – Inactivity Timeout

  • I’m attempting to edit our slideshow on the homepage of our site, but every time I go to the Slideshow Revolution editor it just loads for a while and then times out and gives me an “Inactivity Timeout” page.

    It just says: Description: Too much time has passed without sending any data for document.

    How do I fix this so I can edit the slideshow again?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. They cannot support their customers here.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there. Also, forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.

    Whenever we try to work on the website we get the message “Inactivity Timeout” with description “Too much time has passed without sending any data for document”, in the preview tab.
    We have the latest wordpress and plugin versions. Need urgent help.
