Slider Revolution Problem

    Hi all, we have a problem with Slider Revolution.
    We already played for the optimole service, but we is on, the image in Slider Revolution dissapear.
    I have already true a mix of configurations and it only work when I turn off the image link from optimole, then the image appear again.

    Could you help?

    We really want to stay with your services.

    Hello @djcelo

    Can you try to disable the Scale Images and Lazyload setting from the Optimole’s WordPress settings area?

    Let me know if this fixes the issue.

    Hi All

    Well i did that, disable lazy load and nothing happens.
    The image in Slider revolution still OFF
    Completely blank

    Any other help?

    Another observation.

    If i leave on the scale images and lazyload, the image in slider revoltuion will be just a blur with the image color.
    If i turn off, the slider revoltuion turn to a blank image.

    Can you check that the image from the slider have an absolute URL as I see that now they are relative ( eg. url(../../../plugins/revslider/public/assets/assets/coloredbg.png) ) should be ( url(https://your.site/plugins/revslider/public/assets/assets/coloredbg.png) )

    It should fix the issue.

    Hi Bogdan, thanks for the help.

    I did not understand, because in my slider revolution, i′m getting dynamic image from the posts.

    How could i check that?

    Appreciate any help, because i have to launch the site and waiting to solve this.

    If not, i have to take back to keycdn, altough i prefer optimole CDN

    Hello @djcelo,

    Do you have any plugin for SSL redirect or similar? It seems that either the slider plugin or any plugin is stripping the https scheme from URLs, causing the images to fail to load:

    https://snpy.in/n3bEzz

    Do you have any staging site where you can turn off all plugins except Optimole and Revolution Slider and see if it solves the issue?
