Slider settings option missing

Hi there
I’m new to WP but have previously built sites with other tools so I’m not a total newbie. I am using Virtue theme and the Slider Settings option is missing from Customize. I have downloaded the toolkit as recommended but Slider Settings is still not available. can anyone help please?
