    Hi there,

Since my theme update the slider isn’t showing.

    I removed the previous shortcode.
But when i click on slider settings to make it “full width” it just jumps back to “disable”.

What can do to solve this?

    Thanks!
    Daphne

I am having the same issue. Ever since updating I had to modify current shortcodes to get things to display properly (i.e. the 3 column fruiful ibox) but no matter what I do the slider will not appear on the home page. I have done the following:

    • Removed old slider shortcode
    • Checked/modified slider settings from Theme Options -> Slider
    • In the page set the slider settings (tried both “full width” & “boxed” options) and updated the page

None of this worked and I am unable to get the slider to appear. There is at least one image added to the slider through the theme options (originally had more, but was trying different combinations, just encase their was a bug in the number of slides).

    Please advise.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Helloooo can somebody please help us?! ??

I did upgrade to the latest version. everything is ok but not the slider that there does not appear to know. I followed all the tips and guides from the website or from the forum about this issue but nothing happens. The only solution is to install another plugin like Soliloquy?

I solved this problem by deleting in the header.php a javascript that loaded a live chat service. Maybe this could help to improve the compatibility of the theme. Thanks for the answer!
