Slider takes the whole space in responsive mode

As you can see the image gets gigantic when the slider is in responsive mode depending on the width of the image, and I had to zoom out the page to take the screenshot, because it’s so huge. so how to set the max-width of the slider without using css whenever images are added to the slider? I want to make it more convenient.
