    Hi,

    You can enable Hero slider from Appearance >> Customize >> Hero

    By default it shows up on homepage but you can also display it on other pages like Blog page by Checking Blog / Posts page Checkbox.

    I don’t want to use hero slider, I want to use my own slider

    Sorry, this feature/option is not available in free version.
