    Hello,

    How do I fix these plugin display problems?

    1- Does not display the images at the bottom of the video.

    2- Does not show the movie.

    Dear hale66.

    Your problem comes from the admin area. You added a mp4 video in the wrong place.

    Please follow the instructions.

    1. The video must be added using the “Add Video” button. There you can choose a video from a library or via a link.

    2. If you use video in MP4 format, then you need to add an image. And if the video is from YouTube or Vimeo, they automatically create an image.

    3. Link – After the description there is this field. This is for when you click on the link button it goes to another page. You put your link to the video here and you have a problem.
