    Dear mani.fc,

In that case could you please describe the problem you’re facing a bit more in details?

    Thank you.

Hi there. I’m also having the saving issue. The plugin works great in Chrome but not in IE10.

    Dear Zanzara

Could you please contact us [email protected] and let us to take a look at the issue? Please mention the full link to your forum post in your e-mail.

We also will post solution of this issue here in the forum topic.
    Thank you.

Any luck with a solution? We’d really like to use the filmstrip feature, but no luck — using IE11 with Windows 8. Works well in Chrome. Site is in local development so I can’t post a link; basically I get a filmstrip in IE, but no main/enlarged image accompanying it. Thank you!

    Dear 2cats,

Seems like the causes of the issue are not related with the plugin but rather a conflict with your other plugins or the theme since if you open up our demo, you will see that it works fine with IE11 in Windows 8. Unfortunately, we will not be able to check out the causes without having a live site. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. I checked out your filmstrip demo in IE 11, Windows 8, and have the same problem — the main image is not visible, and the demo cycles through the filmstrip automatically even though I set autoplay to “no”. On Chrome your demo mostly works fine, although it is still stuck on autoplay.

    Dear 2cats,

We have tested our demo and it works fine with Windows 8 and IE11. Seems like you have issues with your browser. Please try opening the site with another device using the same browser and OS. As for the autoplay, then this is included within the shortcode of the gallery for that page and disabling it within the options menu will not affect the shortcode. To disable it within the stated pages, the shortcode should be also edited individually. Thank you.

Hmmm, this is a puzzle! I have screenshots if you’d like me to send them, of the filmstrip demo using Windows 8.1 and IE 11. We have gotten the same results on two other computers on our network, one using Win 8.1 and IE 11 and another using Vista and IE 9. I also called two other developers and they saw the same thing using Win 8.1 and IE 11 on their networks. Your other sliders seem to work fine. We don’t use any special settings for IE on our computers. The computers we tested this on were two HP laptops, one Toshiba laptop, one Lenovo laptop, and one HP deskside, and all but the deskside computer are running Win 8.1 and IE 11. It only displays the film strip but never the main image. — Good to know about the autoplay, if we can get this up and running in IE we’ll work with the shortcode. Thank you for your time on this.

    Dear 2cats,

Maybe you have Javascript disabled for the browser, which is not allowing the main image to be displayed. Please first check it out and enable it, if it is not enabled. Then if that’s not the case please send us the screenshots to info[at]web-dorado.com. Thank you.

Hi — Sorry that I did not see your reply until just now. I’ve sent you the screenshot. Thank you for your help with this!
