Slider Widget not changing on refresh

Hi

I have my testimonials setup with the shortcode [testimonials_slider category=homecare_testimonials] and then in the slider widget settings rotation speed is set to 0 so the testimonials should change on refresh… but they don’t!

There’s obviously a conflict somewhere but I’m struggling to find it, can you help? I’m using the latest version of the plugin and the testimonials are near the bottom of the page – above the logo strip.
