Slider with multiple imags

Hello. We just purchased the pro version of this plugin so that we could have multiple sliding image galleries. We just set up the first one of the page which contains 5 images, but only 3 are showing. It scrolls through 3 then jumps back to the beginning. We can’t figure out what the issue is.
Also, what is “Circular” supposed to be? A loop? We really need this to work, as we need 4 on the same page.
