Slider/Featured Img Size conflict

  • The slider works well with 1140 x 550 px image size.
    The featured Image size is best set to 1000 px or clipping occurs.
    However, the slider draws images from featured post images.
    This creates a situation where:
    the image either is clipped on the post page,
    or too small to fill the space on the slider.
    Is there any way to resolve this issue?
