Sliders as internal page links?

    Hi,

    I would like the actual sliders to become internal links for the appropriate pages (not just the text) …

    So visitors can just click on the slider to be taken to that page.

    could someone advise on how I could do this please?

    Hi Lucy,

    Thanks for using Dynamic News.

    Since the slider displays your featured posts it will always link to the single post view.

    However, you could use one of the available redirection plugins to redirect from the single post url to any page you like: https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/quick-pagepost-redirect-plugin/

    Hia,
    Sorry, I think you misunderstand me.

    The featured slider on the homepage. I would like the image to be able to be clicked on to take the user to the single post. As well as the title/text.

    I’m sorry but Dynamic News does not support clickable slider images by default.

    You have to create a child theme and override the slider templates in order to modificate that.
