Sliders disappeared

  • I recently observed that the sliders I added via theme customizer > Slider have changed their images to what I assume is the default. The slider setting show all the proper images that I originally uploaded, but they do not display on the front end.

    I have deleted the slides and re-added the proper images, but the front-end is still not displaying them. WordPress, i-Max and all plugins are up to date.

    I have also switched from my child theme to the i-max theme – no change.

    found the issue and fixed it by adding this to my wp-config file:
    define( ‘UPLOADS’, ‘wp-content/uploads’ );

    New issue now though, but not sure if this is WP or iMax related. New menu items appear on desktop view but not on mobile.
