Sliders only work in preview

Any inconsistency with the latest version of the Divi theme?

What version of Divi are you using? Are you able to downgrade Divi for a moment to test if that is the issue? I’m not familiar with how Divi works but I will look into it today. Thanks for the feedback.

Hi! The last version. I tried to downgrade and stayed the same way.

I even tried to upload the Site backup in another installation and also stayed the same way

I can see the slideshow running on the site but hidden. it looks like when it’s initialized the browser wasn’t able to calculate the width and height of the images. Can you switch from NivoSlider to FlexSlider just to see if that changes anything?

I did as requested, but it stays the same

I did the saving test with all the options

Can you check what you have the height/width set to in the settings area for that slideshow?

Just wanted to chime in and let you know I’m having the same problem with MetaSlider on the homepage of https://www.rapwave.net out of the blue it has completely disappeared.

Please open up your own issue if you need support as not all issues have the same solution.

In your case, it’s because you’re using a very old version of the pro plugin and doesn’t have the latest code that supports newer Youtube API updates. You just need to upgrade the plugin.
