Sliders stuck at one size even when adjusting in customize menu

If you update to WP4.4 / Czr 3.4.16, there is a new panel (Responsive settings) in Global>Image settings that uses the new WP 4.4 responsive images features. See if that helps.

Im starting to think the problem occured when updating the customizr theme.

Tried this also. No effect.

The slider images still get resized to almost twice the size, even when it is set to 300 pixels.

The problem occured today, with the same pictures i have been using for a while.

No other ideas? As you can see on the page now, the slider looks terrible.

Do anyone know if i somehow can manually override the slider size? Where in the filesystem is the slider code located?

Again, i will be more than happy to provide the info needed.

So i’ve yet to hear anything more about this case. Should i expect to? No offence.

Not being able to use the slider cripples the theme alot. I’m quite satisfied with the Customizr theme, however, this might be a problem that forces me to look at other options, which i’d prefer not to.

You’ve disabled the Slider so can’t see the problem! If you put it back I can escalate to Developers again.

I’ve enabled the slider again now, but it might be hard to see the problem from only visiting the page. Right now the slider height is set to 300 pixels, but as you can see on the page the slider is quite alot bigger.

What are the sizes of the images you’re using?

I’m seeing:
gamlebuda2-1000×299.png (1000×299)
Skjermbide… (838×299)

Both images need to be width 1170px as here

Sorry, i tried to delete and create a new slider. Just threw some pictures togheter. However, i tried with the suggested sizes (current slider on the page) but it did not work.

The slider size is now set to 300px with picture size 500px. This should result in cropping of the image, right? But as you can see, the slider is still bigger than 300px.

Are there someplace to manualy override the code? It “feels” like the changes done to slider size in the customize menu does not get saved in the files. Is this possible?

In Customise>Global>Image settings, have you UNCHECKED the setting Dynamic slider images centering on any devices
