Sliders suddenly disappeared

    I have been using extensively the slider, very intuitive and fast to load. I have created multiple sliders on my homepage. Everything worked fine until I tried to duplicate a slider in the dashboard. Now all the sliders have disappeared from the dashboard but they seem to be functional on the webpage.
    I deactivated and reactivated the plugin but it did not make a difference. There was no other upgrade or plugin install that took place recently to create a conflict.
    Running WordPress Current version: 5.6.2
    Transition Slider Lite Version 2.16.0

    Follow up: Now with an empty dashboard I have created a draft slider with one slide. When I press the duplicate button the above issue is replicated, the draft slider is removed from the dashboard.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    I tried to reproduce your problem but unfortunately, I was not able to get the stated situation, it is possible that it is something specific on your website. I would ask you for a little cooperation so you can give me more details.

    – The most important thing is to see what mistakes appear in your backend, and we will find out as follows:
    1. log in to your WordPress backend, if you are using a Chrome browser go to the three dots at the top right select More Tools -> Developer Tools and then click on the Console tab.

    2. Then try to make a draft slider with one slide and then duplicate it, to see if any specific bugs appear in the plugin, and if a red error appears in the Console send us a screenshot of it as well.
