• The sliders work on the computer but not on mobile? Is anyone else experiencing this? Previous developer set up one slider for desktop, one slider for mobile. And the sliders work when squeezing the window on the computer.

    Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Well, looking at that link you provided, I do see a JavaScript error (press CTRL+SHIFT+J keys together to show the JavaScript console). This is what I’m seeing in the JS console:

And drilling down into that error I see the code:

You may have to go digging around your theme to find this line – maybe its in your theme ‘footer.php’ or your ‘header.php’.

    Hi @simonpedge
    Thanks for replying!

The follow up question would be what would I replace that code with, if anything? Or is it something like an extra character that’s causing the script to malfunction?

    Thanks!

    Best,
    Christina

Ok, doing a search I found this:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/main-is-not-defined/

Do you have the ‘Autoptimize’ plugin installed?
If so try disabling it or using the fix they suggest in this topic. Maybe you can just disable the ‘Combine Javascript’ feature which many of these caching plugins have (and which can cause issues)

Otherwise, try updating WordPress and all your plugins to their latest versions. Also remember to update you Theme. And check that the PHP you have running on your web hosting is at least PHP ver 7.2.
