Hi,

The code is fine, it works in our demo, works on localhost and works for every other user of the theme. It doesn’t work just on your installation, which means that there is something wrong with it.
A certain database query doesn’t work, it pulls only one page for the slideshow instead of pulling all pages.
As I said, the code is fine. Most likely it’s something with your installation, maybe some core file or some database entries have been corrupted or affected.
If this would have been an issue for more users then I would look into it more. As it stands now, it looks like a local issue, something that I can’t look into.

Why create a new thread when you can post in the previous one?

I have no idea what you mean about the installation, file or code being corrupt. I have no idea how to fix it and you’re not helping me. I’m new to all this, so to assume I know how and what you’re talking about is ridiculous.

I’m trying desperately to find a solution and all you’re doing is talking as if I understand code, etc. I’ve seen your responses to others in other threads, and you come across rude and unsympathetic in attempting to address people’s issues.

It’s off-putting, and for someone who knows very little about all this, it would be nice to have some “why not try this” instead of, “I’m not going to help you.”

At this point, I don’t know what to do, which is very upsetting, especially considering I’m building this site for a church.

I have spent almost an hour debugging this issue on your website and I was unable to locate any issue with the code itself.

I just contacted Bluehost and asked that they look into the issue. They see no issues on the server side and repeatedly told me it’s an issue with the theme. I’m now faced with potentially having to choose a new theme and rebuilding the entire site. This is totally unacceptable.

They updated my WordPress to make sure it is the most up-to-date, plus they had their specialists look into anything that could be occurring on their end and found nothing.

Will you please help me resolve this issue because they keep saying it’s a theme problem.

I don’t need a refund as I didn’t pay for the theme, only the hosting through Bluehost.

I don’t understand why you won’t help to fix this problem. I saw that another individual had a similar problem a year ago yet it suddenly worked. I just want this one part of my website to work and it won’t.

To start slideshow you need to link one of your sites, just delete that site which you wanna add as a slideshow and add it one more time. ( YOU HAVE TO DELETE IOT PERMANENTLY AND ADD IT FROM THE BEGGINING LIKE IT WOULD NOT EXIST.)

Delete it from widget( link ) and from your site ( Sites > Your site name> Delete). That worked for me

@sergustaw789 I’m not exactly sure what you mean or how to do that….
