Slideshow displays using IP only (not domain name)

Hello,

I was using NextGen 1.9.13, and the same problem exists with NextCellent 1.9.15 (which is what is currently active on our site).

Basically, the issue is that, if you visit our page using the IP Address, the slideshow on the home page displays perfectly: https://204.197.253.145/~navyseal/

However, if you use the domain name: https://www.navysealmuseum.org/, all that shows is the “loading” circle – and the slideshow never loads.

This particular problem seemed to be fixed in NextGen 2.X, but is replaced with a host of even worse problems (which is why I am converting to NextCellent).

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Any solution would elevate you to God-like status.
