Update On Topic** I noticed I can get the slideshow to appear once you toggle the zoom functions on the page (by pressing command+ / command- on mac) I hope this helps.

    Thank you for your post.

I don’t see any slideshow HTML on this page: https://projectmusickrecords.com/gallery/

Is there still a shortcode? Where should it appear?

Sorry to hijack this post but I’m having the same problem – the slideshow simply doesn’t appear but the HTML is present…

The problem with yours is that your theme is altering the content of the shortcode by adding paragraphs to it. There are 2 possible ways of solving it:

    1. Put [raw][/raw] tags around your slideshow shortcode.

    2. Go to Slideshow > Configuration > Technical Settings and set the Javascript to fire in the footer.

Let me know if that helps.

Wow thanks for the quick response! I changed the config as suggested and all is well.

    Thanks again ??

Great, glad to hear that worked for you.

If you have the same problem with other plugins in the future, it is because of your theme modifying shortcodes. Then you can add [raw][/raw] tags around your shortcodes to prevent it.

    Awesome, thanks for the tip!

I tried the raw shortcode trick and it didn’t work… Any other thoughts? I’m also getting an alert from the theme that:

Slideshow Gallery: It seems like your theme is missing the wp_footer() function. See documentation

    AND

Slideshow Gallery: It seems like your theme is missing the wp_head() function. See documentation
