  • Hi,

Yeah, same problem here : I just downgraded towards 1.2.3.2, everything works again. However, I didn’t get why the slideshow was in display:none.

    Thank you for your posts.

Since you have both downgraded to the previous version, it is not possible for me to investigate and see what is wrong.

Best would be to upgrade to 1.3.0.1 again then just go to Slideshow > Configuration section of the plugin and ensure that ALL settings are selected/filled in and valid and save the configuration settings.

If you want us to do the upgrade for you and ensure everything works, please submit a ticket with WordPress login details: https://tribulant.com/support/

    Thanks Antonie,
I will try this soon and I will let you know if it works or not.

I hope you are doing well.

Have you tried it out and is everything in order?

We have released a minor 1.3.1.2 update to ensure that all configuration settings are loaded since several people had this problem.

I did try it this morning (version 1.3.1.2), on a localhost site.

The slideshow worked, but it did not display the thumbails of the slides.

My next step is to install another wordpress site to try to get it right. My website depends highly on your plugin, so it has to work perfectly for me.

On my new wordpress installation, it works (I made a new gallery with new slides), thumbnails and everything.

Tonight I will try it on my ‘real’ site and see if it works properly with the existing slides and galleries. Maybe I have to delete some of the shortcodes, like ‘auto=false’ (is now an option in the settings) or ‘images=0’ (I don’t remember what this code was meant for; probably something with the order of the slides?).

I’ll let you know if it works.

Hi – I updated the plugin to the newest version on my ‘real’ site and it works.

It is very important to go through all settings. I am not sure anymore which setting did the trick, but the slideshows were only visible after changing some of the settings and saving them.

One thing I found: before I saw a ‘spinner’ when images were loaded, now the first images appears but starts blinking when other images are loaded. Minor issue for me, though.
