Slideshow not displayed

Hi,

Firstly, thanks for your amazing work, and please excuse my poor english!

I’m having trouble displaying a slideshow on my website.
When I try to add it to one of my pages (by using the shortcode [slideshow_deploy id=’xx’]), I just see the shortcode.

I already checked that my theme (Clean Retina) has the ‘<?php wp_footer(); ?>’ and ‘<?php wp_head(); ?>’ functions where they’re supposed to be. I don’t have any Javascript error.

The strangest thing is that when I use Twenty Eleven ou Twenty Twelve themes, the slideshow works perfectly… Sadly I can’t give your access to my website because I’m currently working on a Wamp server.

Do you have a suggestion?
