Slideshow not displaying

I just installed this plugin, and want to hardcode a slideshow gallery into one of my templates. You can see what I am trying to do here: https://www.bohringer.com/wordpress/
The code is reading correctly, but the slides are not appearing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/slideshow-gallery/
