    The slideshow does not load when I visit my page. There is only text. Once I refresh the page, the slideshow appears.

    I have already tried switching the “Ajax Page Loading” option to “General”. This did not help.

  • Hi @jacobdelnero – I’m seeing the slideshow loaded perfectly at the end of your page … could it be that you’re on a slow-er connection?

    Internet speed is 50 mbps download / 12 mbps upload. Should be good.

    This issue happens both on my home and work network. I have tried to load on Chrome and Explorer with the same results.

    I’m having a real hard time figuring out how to test this at my end, since it’s worked fine every time I tried testing it.

    Any way we could test this in Incognito mode in one of our preferred browsers?

    Thanks for the update. I have tried on 3 different wifi networks, on laptop, desktop and mobile I get the same results. Screenshot

    We are unsure why that happens on your end but we have no way of duplicate it in order to investigate.

    I see that when using a direct link to that page, the slideshow does indeed work. However if you manually type in the web address, or find the site organically, it shows up as text and not a slideshow.

    Hello @jacobdelnero,

    Thank you for explaining! I was able to find the issue after following your steps.
    It seems to be an incompatibility with your theme.

    And it seems like you are using a premium theme and because of that we have no way of testing it with the plugin and finding a solution for the incompatibility.
    We will also reach out to PixelGrade regarding this maybe we can find a solution for a next update.
