[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Slideshow not showing in IE8

I just finished this site: https://ipae.tv
In the home page I have a Nextgen (1.7.4) slideshow. When I open the site for the first time in IE8, the slideshow works properly, but when I try to reload or go back to the home after going to another link, it doesn’t show again. Any idea why this happens?
Works fine in other browsers. Haven’t tried another versions of IE

Maybe related(?): I had some trouble to get the site working on this hosting service (1and1). After googling I solved it addid some lines to the .htaccess file.
