The plugin failed and it provided the error of:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /var/www/vhosts/awe-dj.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/portfolio-slideshow/lib/Plugin.php on line 57
because of this error, I’ve been unable to access the website or the admin interface. I’ve manually disabled the plugin by changing the plugin folder name and now the site displays.
    Can you provide any assistance?

I’ve just updated to the latest version of PHP but the error still occurs
You can see which version by going to

    Hey @winyard,

Apologies for the delayed response here – I’ve fixed this error in recent releases of Portfolio Slideshow.

Portfolio Slideshow is now at version 1.11.1 at the time of my writing this; I’d recommend installing this version on your site and seeing if that fixes the error!

    Cheers,
    George
