slideshow pro help

how would i go about trouble shooting my slideshowpro files? i’ve uploaded everything to wordpress. i have other .swf files that are working. but my slideshowpro swf file does not show up at all. just blank space.
although when i insert the url of the swf file into my browser i can see the flash file with no problems. the problem is with embedding it into wordpress. it wont show up. i am about to give up
