Slideshow shortcode question for image dimensions

Hello guys,
i just want to ask you,
i want to use the slideshow shortcode like this:

<?php echo do_shortcode('[slideshow id=2 w=80% h=100%]'); ?>

I want to use persent instead of specific height and width. Is this possible???

Also i am using the JW Image Rotator for the slideshow.
