Slideshow Stops Working after Activate this Plug-in

For some reason my slideshow stops working after activate the plug-in of Multi-level Navigation Plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/multi-level-navigation-plugin/).
Has any one run into the same problem?
I have already tried everything I can so far.
