    Sorry that i did not respond to your previous post, that is because of the forum bug that the latest reply is not on top, so i never saw it.

    I would like to test if the .svg icons cause the problem (what i suspect).

    This can be done by a temp edit in file wppa-utils.php
    Pls tell me if you are capable to edit this file, or send me admin login credentials so i can do it myself. My mail is opajaap at opajaap dot nl

    The edit will be near line 3353:

    function wppa_is_ie() {

    it should be immediately be followed by:

    return true;

    Correction: Do not bother about testing, I could reproduce it on a test site and I will fix it asap.

    Please install the latest beta version, it is safe, and fixes the issue.
    Instructions on how to install are here.

    Hi,
    thank you for your quick response.
    I install beta version, now it’s:

    • 10 sec to load page content
    • 22 sec to load slideshows after html content load
    • 32 sec to load whole page content (html + slideshows)

    it decreased 20 sec which is good but still a little slow, can you please make it faster?

    Another problem is when I open slideshow it shows me first picture with navigation icons but when I click to next icon it shows next picture without navigation icons and it take more than 20 sec to show navigation icons.

    I will get into this further.

    The delay in pageload is greatly caused by the large amount of .svg (navigation) icons.
    I added an extra option to Table II-J11: use gif/png, no svg.
    On my test sites this fixed the problem, even when the navigation icons are activated, like it is on your site.

    Please test it before i release it, by installing the current beta version (6.6.27.Beta.005) like you did before, and select in Table II-J11: use gif/png, no svg. The drawback of this is that the foreground color and the corner rounding style of the navigation icons is no longer settable, but the speed improvement is impressive.

    Strange, but it may take a while before the zip is created on www.ads-software.com
    Try again later, it has been committed with the correct version number (i just verified).

    Again I download it from
    https://wppa.nl/docs-by-subject/development-version/

    and

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-photo-album-plus/advanced/

    but both of this links just have 6.6.27.Beta.004 !

    Do you think I have to wait ?

    It was a known issue with the repository. See:
