sliding pages

    I’m looking to add this effect in a post (not a page) between my header and footer….

    What is the most basic version of this and how can I apply it…

    I don’t need the words to scroll or anything like that, just the content blocks so it looks like you are sliding a page up.

    I’ve done something similar in the past but have completely forgot where to start.
