Sliding panel modal

Good morning, thanks for the wonderful plugin. In the last update I really liked the modal function for the sliding panel button. That is the problem. If you close the panel through the x, the eventual scroll of the page works, if instead to close the panel you click out of it, the scroll disappears and therefore you can no longer go to the bottom of the page. I also have another problem on the sliding panel but I open a separate topic. Thanks in advance
