    Are you sure that post ID exists and that it has images in it’s media library?

    Also, can you deactivate other plugins and switch the theme to see if that could be the cause of the problem?

    Yes, somehow pictures have been presented in the post but have not been in the media library. When fixed it works fine.

    how can i know, if the pictures are in the media library. i can see they are in the post, but the slide-show is not generated.
    i also tried to reinstall the plugin or change the theme.
    nothing worked.

    Great, glad to hear that you managed with this.

    If there are images in the media gallery of the post/page, the slideshow should display them if you use the post_id=X attribute in the shortcode, where X is the ID of the post/page. If it doesn’t display, something else may be wrong. Do you have a link?
