Slight bug with front_page() title

    This has only occurred on one site, not sure if it’s endemic and don’t really have time to check.

    To reproduce: set a Page as front page in Settings > Reading, change the <title> tag to the recommended format in header.php AND tick “force rewrite titles”.

    No title is output for the front page, despite being set in the Page’s SEO section. De-selecting the “force rewrite” box fixed the issue.
