Slightly Cheaper or Similar?

I am in love with the Victory Shop Constitution theme at https://www.victoryshop.com/showcase/?theme=constitution . However, I do not want to pay the 2,000 entry charge.

Does anyone know of a similar looking theme or if this is available elsewhere for less?
