Just updated SlimStat on a couple sites and the upgrade would bring the entire site down until I deleted the Slim Stat Excel Export plugin that I purchased last year. Once I deleted the export plugin, SlimStat worked properly.

How do I go about getting a working version of the Excel Export that I purchased on March 8th of 2016?

BTW, WordPress did not prompt that there was any update for the Excel Export Plugin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

did you enter your license key for the add-on in the corresponding field? Please contact our support at https://support.wp-slimstat.com, since the mods don’t like that we talk about our paid add-ons on this forum.

    Thanks,
    Jason

Tried that and have not received a reply. I had to delete the SlimStat excel export plugin in order to get SlimStat to not crash the entire site, so I do not have a copy to install. Hoping SlimStat support will get back to me soon. It has been about 4 days so far.
